The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer through the www.marmoza.com website.
The type, quantity, sale price, and payment method of the ordered products are as stated in the order summary, and this information is an integral part of the agreement.
The product will be sent to the delivery address specified by the Buyer during the order.
Orders are delivered within a maximum of 30 days, depending on stock availability. In cases of force majeure or extraordinary circumstances, the delivery period may be extended.
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without stating any reason.
For the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the product must be unused, undamaged, and suitable for resale.

Returns may not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged, or are not suitable for resale.
In cases of natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, transportation problems, and situations beyond the control of the parties, the parties cannot be held responsible for failure to fulfill their obligations.
In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Commerce.
The Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all clauses of this agreement when placing an order through www.marmoza.com.
